Good morning!  Best I suppose when standing in front of you & ready to spin your crepe & fill it with your favorite ingredients & top with Kathia’s sweet & savory homemade sauces….soon…spring is near!

Thrilled to b enjoying the onset of our 15th  year in business at farmers markets and 20 years since we met each other making crepes at the local mall.  Every milestone reached is nice moment to reflect—see much to b grateful for & stay connected with what got us started in the first place—It’s a fine art and farmers markets the most peaceful & bountiful place to cross your path of hunger —what an inspiring energy to refine & elevate crepes the way it’s Gotta B—or to mess it all up—not all may go as expected yet all goes well.  Long ago realized that perfection is a perception—not even sure what exactly that means—I guess no two crepes are really the same & that’s ok.  Rather than replicate what is dictated by rule or routine we love how each crepe spun becomes its own moment to b inspired by YOUR hunger.
