Kathia & Ryan met in 2005 making crepes at The Magic Pan restaurant. When they got married in 2007, they had no idea crepes would follow them into the next chapter of life—until MP closed in 2010. One of Kathia’s last customers said, “If you ever open a restaurant—it’s gotta b crepes.” And just like that, the seed was planted.
On June 21, 2010—the summer solstice—they served their first crepes to neighbors from their front porch using a pancake griddle. What started as a simple act of sharing quickly turned into something bigger: a dream to keep making people happy through crepes.
Ryan is inspired by your hunger. His philosophy? “You only get so many meals—let’s make this one the way it’s gotta b.”
