In 2010 at Ravinia farmers market we began sourcing from much loved mushroom farm River Valley Ranch. The same time at Portage Park Chicago market a farmer suggested to Kathia to make sauces to go with the crepes and the following market week she debuted the creamy mushroom sauce. Now 15 years later we are thrilled to prepare & deliver these favorites 1/2 baked and ready to heat on your pan at home.

Bee-hind It All
On June 21, 2010—the summer solstice—they served their first crepes to neighbors from their front porch using a pancake griddle. What started as a simple act of sharing quickly turned into something bigger: a dream to keep making people happy through crepes.
